While it covers all the aspects of Annual Maintenance Contract services, the additional features are that the service engineers will be stationed at customer site to manage the uptime services and the required spares would be maintained at the customer site itself. This is a premium service as compared to AMC and it also provides the customer the highest level of uptime, thereby increasing the productivity of all the resources.
